Chair: Dr Margo Hoekstra (Committee member since 2003): Since 1983, she has had a continuous association with the Tom Bass Sculpture Studio School (TBSSS) as a student and exhibiting sculptor. Chair TBSSS and honorary manager since incorporation in 2003 & Chair of the Tom Bass Retrospective Subcommittee 2005-06. Experienced in research, teaching, program development & business management. Studied various forms of psychotherapy and developed relationship and conflict resolution skill during the 1980s. Works as a medical practitioner with special interest in mental health counselling for the last 20 years. Over the past 12 years has held various Management committee positions with non-government organisations and equivalent organisations.

Vice Chair: Karen Alexander (Committee member since 2006): A student of TBSSS for the past 10 years. Administration, Marketing, Small Business Operation, Sales and Promotions skills, with an additional background in the retail and finance industries.

Secretary: Virginia Lloyd-Tait (Committee member since 2003): Operations manager with a large multinational corporation. Organisational & financial management skills. Current TBSSS student.

Treasurer: Carol Crawford

Committee member: Peter Bartlett (Committee member since 2006): Professional sculptor with management skills who successfully manages a business building scenery, and making and painting props for theatre productions.  Current TBSSS student.   
 
Committee member: Carol Crawford (Committee member since 2006): Company Director - Standard Universal Group situated in Botany, NSW.  Roles within the group have included sales, production planning, research and product development, and currently marketing and advertising.  Current TBSSS student.

Committee member: Peter McGee (COmmitte member since 2009): Over thirty years experience in general insurance and business practice. During the last fifteen year has focused on developing governance and risk management frameworks that meet business needs and regulator requirements.
